The Boston Bruins Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that assists charitable organizations that demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for children and their families throughout New England.  With your support through the license plate program, the Foundation will include RI Hockey in that group.  Funds received by RI Hockey through this partnership will allow us to offer affordable opportunities to boys and girls throughout the state to try hockey and develop the same passion for our great sport that you have!

The cost is $41.50. Of that $41.50, $21.50 goes to the state's general fund, and $20 goes to the Boston Bruins Foundation. Each time you renew your license plate, there will be a $10 fee, all of which will benefit the Foundation and Rhode Island organizations. 

To order your Rhode Island Boston Bruins Foundation charity license plate, please follow these steps:

1. Fill out the RI Boston Bruins Foundation Charity License Plate Application Form.
2. Enclose a check payable to "Boston Bruins Foundation" for $41.50.
3. Enclose a copy of your current registration. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.
4. Mail the application form, check, and copy of your registration to:

*Please note that the Boston Bruins Foundation will need to initially collect 900 plates before the plate can be manufactured. All information, including your donation, we be collected and put into an escrow account until that 900 number is met. You will be notified when that number is met and when to expect your plate.
